CANCELLATION POLICY

12-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

All group reformer and mat classes at CARVE require a minimum 12-hour advance cancellation notice.

• Class Pack & Single Class Holders: Canceling within 12 hours of class start time will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
• Unlimited Members: Canceling within 12 hours of class start time will incur a $15 Late Cancel fee.
• No-Shows: Failing to show up without canceling will result in a $25 No-Show fee for unlimited members or loss of credit for class pack holders.
